Prepare maps and reference information on your device before connectivity becomes unreliable. DKemergy opens without an account and keeps its tools in expandable sections on one main screen.

Maps and nearby places
Find listed shelters, emergency water facilities, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, ports and airports in South Korea. Request your current location or choose a reference point by searching included Korean addresses. Drag and pinch the map, and check location uncertainty and data dates. Detailed Korean maps and contours are included, along with overview map packs for 258 countries and territories. Detailed overseas addresses, facilities and terrain are not included. A South Korea hiking-trail overlay shows source dates and sampled EGM96 terrain elevation ranges for included segments. These are not GPS heights or confirmation that a trail is currently passable.

Offline reference guides
Search 72 first-aid topics and 26 medicine and supply entries. Read basic actions, signs that need medical attention, actions to avoid and original sources. Also keep a preparation checklist and family plan, and consult Korean diplomatic mission contacts and civilian emergency guidance. Record your own food and medicine supplies with quantities, minimum stock and expiry dates; the list stays on this device and is excluded from backups. Medical and medicine guide bodies are in Korean. Interface menus and the Family Safety Manual support 14 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, German, French, Finnish, Italian, Turkish and Polish. Six medical topics also include Korean explanations of why an action is used. This is general reference material pending professional clinical review.

Nearby contact with family and friends
Compare all 8 digits on both screens with someone you know and approve on each device before using text, walkie-talkie or calls. Voice needs separate acceptance and microphone permission. Devices connect over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, or over the same Wi-Fi network or a hotspot both devices have already joined. Supported local links can work without internet, but both apps must remain open during calls. Obstacles, range and network settings affect connectivity. Legacy Bluetooth-only messaging is disabled. Contact is off by default; there is no public feed or public location sharing.

Weather when requested
Opt in to download and save ECMWF-based forecasts from Open-Meteo over the internet. Requests send coordinates rounded to 0.01 degrees to the provider. Check the saved forecast time when offline. New forecasts, web links and telephone calls need their respective connectivity. In-app text and voice do not transmit by satellite.
