About Don't Count Sheep: Sleep Aid
A short visual pause before you put the phone down.
Don't Count Sheep shows a slow, full-screen pattern around a small center point. Choose a pattern, rest your gaze where it feels comfortable, and stop whenever you want. No audio or guided narration.
START SMALL
New installations start with a 5-minute Sleep session. Choose 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 45 minutes. Sleep visuals fade toward the end, then finish quietly without a purchase or rating prompt. Focus mode remains available for a short attention practice. Your existing settings are kept when you update.
RAINY WINDOW
Sit by a rain-streaked window in a softly lit room. Open Rainy Window from Sleep on Home. A fixed view, gently moving raindrops, and no center point to watch. Works offline, without sound. Pause at any time; Reduce Motion keeps the scene still.
26 PATTERNS INCLUDED
The app purchase includes Rainy Window and all 26 patterns. No additional in-app purchase is needed. Adjust the speed during a session.
EXISTING USERS
Existing users also receive the full library in this update. Your saved settings and access are preserved. If you previously subscribed, use Settings → Manage subscription to review and cancel any remaining renewal. Canceling does not remove content access.
MADE FOR A QUIET MOMENT
No account or sign-up. No feed, streaks, ads, or analytics. Visual sessions work offline and in Airplane Mode. A bedtime reminder is optional and off by default; enable or turn it off in Settings.
Available in ten languages on iPhone and iPad. On Apple Vision Pro, use the iPad app in a spatial window with the same purchases.
PLEASE READ
Moving patterns can feel intense. Stop if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell. Do not use if you have photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures without a doctor's advice. This is a relaxation and attention tool, not medical care. It does not treat insomnia, anxiety, or vision problems.
