About Downhill Snowboard: Snow Games
Downhill Snowboard is a snowboarding game you play with one finger. Tap to switch edges, hold to carve, and see how far down an endless mountain you can ride before something gets in the way.
Every run starts at the top and only goes one way. The further you ride, the faster you go, and the mountain keeps adding new things to dodge. Slip between the pines, grab coins, launch off kickers and spin in the air, then spend what you earned on the wheel and drop in again. If you like snowboarding games that take two seconds to start and a long time to put down, this is that kind of run.
HOW TO RIDE
• Tap to turn: every tap flips the board onto its other edge.
• Hold to carve: the edge digs in and you slow down.
• Switch sides before you run out of slope.
• Find the gap, take it and keep the run alive.
A MOUNTAIN THAT KEEPS CHANGING
Pines bend when you brush past them. Rocks do not. Further down, deer bolt across the slope, a snowman refuses to move, skiers change lanes without looking and frozen lakes show up right in your line. Ride far enough and you will meet the Yeti. Keep your distance. Each hazard appears deeper than the last, so a new record usually means seeing something you have not seen before.
JUMPS, SPINS AND COMBOS
Kickers come in four sizes, flagged green, blue, red and black like ski runs. The bigger the kicker, the longer you stay in the air. Hold to spin, let go to straighten the board, and land facing forward or backwards, never sideways. Every extra half turn scores more, from a clean 180 to a 360 and beyond.
Anything that scores feeds the combo: brushing a tree, a near miss, a coin, a landed trick. Score again before the ring empties and the multiplier climbs, all the way to x5. Crash and it is gone.
YOUR RIDER, YOUR LOOK
Coins from the slope go into the wheel of fortune, which also saves you a spin every day. Win coins and gear and put together your own snowboard look from more than 80 pieces: riders, jackets, pants, gloves, helmets, boots and boards.
RECORDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Nearly 40 achievements pay out coins for riding further, brushing trees, collecting coins, spinning the wheel and trying on new gear. Your records keep your longest run, total distance, trees brushed and more.
