About EatNPoo
EatNPoo is a private diary for food, drinks, bowel movements and symptoms. Keep your daily records together, review what you have logged and share a summary when you choose.
LOG YOUR DAY
• Record meals, drinks and optional details such as portions, ingredients and notes.
• Log poo using the seven Bristol Stool Scale types, or choose Not sure.
• Add symptoms and optional poo details.
• Confirm a day with no poo when you know, rather than treating an empty diary as a recorded result.
MAKE LOGGING EASIER
• Reuse favourite meals and drinks.
• Use water shortcuts, Home Screen widgets and app-icon quick actions.
• Set optional local reminders.
• Search your history and review descriptive summaries of your records.
KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA
• Your diary stays in private storage on your iPhone.
• No account, cloud database, advertising or tracking.
• Optional app lock uses iPhone authentication.
• Export CSV files or PDF reports when you want to read or share your diary.
• Save and restore a full JSON backup, including favourites.
All features are included. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Requires iOS 17 or later.
BACKUP AND RECOVERY
The diary is excluded from automatic device backups. Save a JSON backup before changing phones or deleting the app. A backup kept only on the same phone cannot recover a lost phone's diary. Files you deliberately export or share may leave your device, depending on the destination you choose.
EatNPoo is a personal diary, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. Its summaries describe your records and do not establish that a food caused a symptom. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
