About EchoMind: Echo Recovery
EchoMind is an independent Apple Watch app designed for echocardiographers and cardiac sonographers. Start an echo examination with one tap, time the case, review available physiological response, complete a brief self-check-in, and follow an optional recovery journey before the next case.
DESIGNED FOR REAL CLINICAL WORKFLOW
• Fast examination-type selection and case timer
• Heart rate and available HealthKit signals during supported monitoring
• Brief 0–10 check-ins for mental demand, physical strain, time pressure, and momentary tension
• Personal baseline comparisons and post-examination recovery
• Guided breathing, attention reset, shoulder, wrist, hand, posture, mobility, and visual-rest exercises
• Daily summaries and weekly trends
• Apple Watch complications for quick status and access
• English and Arabic with right-to-left support
• Local-first data storage and in-app deletion
EchoMind keeps psychological self-report, physical workload, and physiological response separate. Heart rate or HRV alone is never interpreted as psychological stress. Physiological changes can reflect movement, posture, physical effort, caffeine, sleep, illness, medication, and other factors.
ELI, ERI, and CEL are personal occupational-wellness summaries and are not validated clinical scores. EchoMind does not diagnose stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, injury, or any medical or psychiatric condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, occupational-health assessment, ergonomic equipment, safe staffing, protected breaks, or patient-care requirements.
No patient identifiers or PHI are requested. No employer or manager monitoring.
