Application: "EGRN online kadastr ru" is a convenient and functional mobile application that provides users with access to the cadastral map of Russia. With it, you can easily find and view information about land plots, buildings and structures across the country.



The service does not provide a public service for providing information, extracts from the Federal Register of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. This application is an information and analytical tool that, based on information from the open data of the USRN Rosreestr, analyzes it in automated ways and generates a report.

- Building routes — plan routes using popular navigators (Yandex.Navigator, 2GIS, Google Maps, Maps.me ).
- Various cartographic substrates — satellite images, hybrid maps, OpenStreetMap, EECO.
- Layers with zones and cadastral division — visualization of territorial zones, manpads, GPP and other layers for in-depth analysis.
- House passport — information about the house from the Housing and Communal Services Reform service with quick access.
- Search by object names on Yandex.Maps — easy search by addresses and cadastral numbers with the preservation of the search history.
- Quick view of characteristics and rights — get basic information about the characteristics and encumbrances of the site in just a few clicks.
- Viewing the boundaries of plots and buildings — convenient viewing of boundaries and information needed by engineers.

The information in the application is open and publicly available, intended for use by an unlimited number of people.
The data is used in accordance with the standard terms of use of publicly available information.
