About EMOM Workout Timer
EMOM Workout Timer turns your iPhone into a clear, readable gym clock. Run EMOM, AMRAP and work/rest intervals, save your favorite timer setups, and keep a history of completed workouts. You buy the app once, with no subscription or account required.
THREE WAYS TO TRAIN
• EMOM: choose your rounds and interval, including every two or three minutes.
• AMRAP: set a time cap and tap to count completed rounds.
• Intervals: alternate work and rest for a fixed number of rounds, or keep going until you stop. Set up HIIT or Tabata-style timing.
BUILT FOR THE GYM
• Large, high-contrast digits on a timer that opens in landscape when you start.
• Adjustable pre-start countdown.
• Sound and voice cues that keep playing when your iPhone locks, plus optional haptics while the app is onscreen.
• Saved timer presets for sessions you repeat.
• Completed-workout history, weekly totals and training streaks stored on your device.
CONNECTED TO YOUR IPHONE
• Use the Apple Watch companion to view the timer and send start, pause, resume and stop commands to your paired iPhone.
• Count AMRAP rounds from your Watch.
• View supported timer information through Live Activities and Dynamic Island on compatible devices.
Apple Watch works as a remote and display for your iPhone, so keep your iPhone nearby.
Core timer, presets and history work without an internet connection. There are no ads or subscriptions, so you can set your timer and get to work.
