About Escape Game: Weather Island2
The second escape game in the series where you change the weather to solve puzzles.
■ Story
Summer vacation. Sora comes to Weather Island to help Grandma and Grumbrella.
On Hanabi Island next door, it has rained on fireworks night for 60 years, and not a single firework has gone up.
On the day of the festival, black clouds pour out of Grumbrella, and glowing "memory drops" scatter across the island.
Each drop you chase reveals more of a fireworks night 60 years ago, and a boy's promise.
■ New weather "Fog" shows the past
Call up fog, and the room as it was 60 years ago faintly appears.
• A trapdoor that's gone now was once under a crate
• Shadows of children from long ago sit in empty seats
• Beams of light and dewy spider webs appear only in the fog
Compare "now" and "then" to solve the puzzles.
■ 7 kinds of weather change the room
Cloudy, Sunny, Rain, Fog, Windy, Snow and Thunder.
Rain makes paper screens see-through, snow bends branches, and thunder turns a nail into a magnet.
Every change of weather changes something in the room.
■ 5 chapters of brand-new puzzles
A fireworks maker's workshop, a Weatherkeepers' school, a house of rain sounds, a shrine on a stormy cape, and the firework launch site.
Hidden writing, sliding puzzles, sheet music, picture logic, magic squares, ciphers, fuse puzzles...
Lots of tricks you didn't see in the first game.
■ Stuck? Ask Grumbrella for a hint
Hints go step by step, from "where to look" to the answer.
You can read hints you've seen as often as you like, so anyone can reach the end.
