[New Heroes and Hero Optimizations] - New SSS Hero: Zande, Curse Wanderer. He is an SSS-level Terran Energy Hero. 1. Zande begins a prayer, summoning Rain of Tranquility to the battlefield and healing all allies, restoring HP equal to a percentage of Zande's Max HP at regular intervals for a few seconds; during the effect, Zande gains the Domination state.
