EvoCat: App Blocker & Focus

A cat guards your phone while you revise. Reach for a blocked app and it swats your hand.

EvoCat is a strict app blocker for revision and deep work, with a grumpy, hand-drawn guardian. Pick the apps that eat your evenings, set your focus blocks, and your cat sits on your phone until time's up. Fancy a break before then? Earn it with push-ups, a maths quiz, a chess puzzle or one slow breath.

YOUR CAT IS ON DUTY
• Blocks the apps and categories you choose, using Apple's Screen Time
• Runs scheduled focus blocks and manual sessions, and sets daily app limits
• Lounges between sessions, guards while you revise, and swats when you reach

BREAKS ARE EARNED
Set how hard a break should be in Settings → Breaks, from easier to harder:
• Breathe: one slow 7-second breath with your cat
• Quick quiz: three mental maths questions
• Push-up race: your camera counts your reps while your cat races you to your own target (1 to 50). If your cat gets there first, there's no break this time. Reps are counted on your device, and no video leaves it
• Chess: find the mate in one against your cat, with 100 puzzles to solve. A wrong move means no break this time
• Hard block: no break screen at all. The Night Guardian keeps watch
Pass the challenge, then pick a break of 1 to 15 minutes. When the break ends, your apps lock again.

REVISION ON A TIMETABLE
Start from nine templates, including Study and Learn for revision, plus Morning, Work, Deep Focus, Gym Time, Family Time, Wind Down and Sleep. Each card shows your cat doing that activity, and the room changes to match the block that's running.

THREE HEARTS A DAY
Every drift over a minute costs a heart, and your cat shows it: Sharp, Tired, Brainrot, then Drained. A streak keeps count of your focus days.

DRESS UP YOUR GUARDIAN
Choose from 16 cats, including Larry from the app icon and Mirzo, the peach cat in a doppa (a traditional Uyghur and Uzbek cap). Mix and match doppas, a chapan robe, hats, glasses and meme faces. Reach 100 focus hours and your cat evolves to Level 2. There are also six art styles, from Sketchbook to Soft 3D.

OPENS LIKE A BOOK
EvoCat runs on iPhone and iPad, and it's made for iPhone Duo. Open it like a book: your cat's room on the left page, your whole timetable on the right. Close it and the room fills the outer screen. The layout reshapes itself as you fold.

EvoCat speaks English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Spanish. The app also runs in Uyghur.

SUBSCRIPTION
A subscription is required for app blocking and core features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings.
