EVVai is the app for charging your electric car in Italy, with no subscription and no surprises. The app is in English and Italian.

NO SUBSCRIPTION
You pay only for the charging sessions you make. No monthly fee, no activation cost, no commitment.

THE PRICE FIRST, NOT AFTER
You see the price per kWh before you plug in, VAT included. If the operator applies a start fee or a time-based fee, it is written there, with the moment it starts, not on the receipt.

THE MAIN OPERATORS IN ONE APP
Charge on the networks of the main Italian operators with a single app. No cards to collect, no separate app for every operator.

WHILE YOU CHARGE
See time, energy and the running cost. When the charger does not send live consumption — it happens often, and no app can make it up — we tell you, and show an estimate based on the plug's power and your car, clearly labelled as such. The exact bill comes from the operator at the end of the session.

PLAN YOUR TRIP
Enter your destination and state of charge: EVVai works out where to stop, how much to charge and how much time it costs you, using a charging curve estimated for your car (peak power and battery type), not a fixed charging speed.

PAYMENT
Card, Apple Pay or EVVai balance. With a card or Apple Pay we place a €50 hold when you start; the balance needs at least €30 and a saved card, which holds the difference up to €50. When charging ends you pay for the kWh delivered, plus any time-based or start fee shown before you started, and the rest of the hold becomes available again. No extra fee for paying by card.

A RECEIPT FOR EVERY CHARGE
Every session has its own receipt with energy, unit price, VAT and the total. Downloadable as PDF.

WHY "THE APP THAT TELLS YOU THE TRUTH"
Because when we do not have a piece of data we say so, instead of showing a zero that looks like a measurement. That goes for live consumption, charger status and price.
