About Fairways: Golf Club Manager
Design the golf course you've always wanted to play, then turn it into a famous club.
Fairways starts you with an empty plot, a small budget and room for three holes. Lay out every tee, green, bunker and lake yourself, then watch golfers play what you built, shot by shot, and decide how the club grows from there.
DESIGN EVERY HOLE
• Place tees and greens and the game works out yardage and par for you
• Bend fairways into doglegs, shape custom greens and move the pins
• Raise, lower and smooth the land, dig lakes and streams, add pot bunkers
• Plant woods, lay paths and roads, build walls, fences, hedges and footbridges
• No hidden design score: build the course you like and let the golfers judge it
WATCH IT PLAY
• Every golfer picks a club, aims and hits, and real scores come from your layout
• Beginners, casual players, keen golfers and low handicappers all want different things
• Follow any group round the course and see where your hardest hole bites
• Slow play, full tee sheets and tired grass all show up, so you can choose what to fix
RUN THE CLUB
• Set green fees and memberships, and take bookings from societies and company days
• Hire greenkeepers, marshals and a club pro from a shortlist
• Build a clubhouse, pro shop, café, driving range and halfway house, then upgrade them
• Research new tools, buy neighbouring land and borrow from the bank to expand
• Keep an eye on the books: every pound in and out is in the ledger

• Add championship tees and stretch the course for longer events
• Climb from the club championship to hosting the biggest tournaments in the game
