人間を霊子化させて過去に送りこみ、事象に介入する事で時空の特異点を解明、あるいは破壊する禁断の儀式。
その名を人理守護指令、グランドオーダー。
人類を守るために人類史に立ち向かう、運命と戦うものたちの総称である。
