Fax from iPhone: Send - FaxMax

FaxMax sends and receives real faxes right from your phone — no fax machine, no landline, no trips to the print shop. Whether it's a signed contract, a tax form, or an office that still runs on fax, you can send it in under a minute and know the moment it's delivered.

SEND ANY DOCUMENT, ANYWHERE
Attach photos, PDFs, or camera scans, pick a recipient, and tap send. Your fax goes out over a commercial-grade fax network — the same kind banks, law firms, and government agencies rely on — and usually arrives in 30 seconds to a few minutes.
• Send to 240+ countries worldwide
• Combine photos, PDFs, and scans into a single fax
• Watch live delivery status, page by page
• Get a confirmation the moment your fax goes through
• Resend a failed fax in one tap — nothing to re-attach

GET YOUR OWN FAX NUMBER
Rent a local US or Canada line and start receiving faxes anytime. Choose the area code you want (415, 212, 312, 800, and more). Incoming faxes land in your inbox automatically, even when the app is closed, with a push notification the instant they arrive.

SCAN, IMPORT, OR SNAP A PHOTO
Your camera works like a flatbed scanner — automatic edge detection, perspective correction, and multi-page capture turn a stack of paper into a clean, fax-ready document.
• Built-in document scanner, no extra app required
• Import PDFs from Files, iCloud Drive, and other apps
• Auto-generate a cover page with your name, callback number, and a short message

SIGN, MARK UP, AND EDIT
Handle the paperwork your work actually runs on — before it goes out.
• Sign with your finger or Apple Pencil
• Highlight, draw, and annotate
• Reorder, rotate, or remove pages

ALWAYS KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING
• Get notified when a fax is delivered
• Get alerted the instant a new fax arrives
• Get a heads-up if something doesn't go through

PRIVATE AND IN YOUR CONTROL
Your documents are yours. FaxMax is built with privacy in mind. Permanently delete any fax, release your number, or erase your account and all your data at any time — right from Settings.

PERFECT FOR
