About FerryPorts: frp Client
FerryPorts is an frp (fast reverse proxy) client for iPhone and iPad. Use it to access your self-hosted development tools and private services, and to manage connection configurations, status, and logs. You need an frps server that you configure and are authorized to use.
For example, connect to your own DeepSeek Harness or Kimi Code Web service, then open its web interface in a browser. SSH and remote desktop services require a compatible client. FerryPorts provides the connection to your services.
Configure and connect
• Manage multiple server configurations and start or stop them individually.
• Edit settings with forms or the full TOML editor.
• Configure STCP, XTCP, and SUDP visitors for services supported by your server setup.
• Import PEM certificates, unencrypted private keys, and CA files, and apply them to connection configurations.
Inspect and troubleshoot
• View connection status and runtime logs.
• Retry manually, with limited automatic retries for some temporary network failures.
• Review the latest 50 connection records per configuration, delete individual records, or clear history.
Location and local storage
• Location access is optional. When permitted, add approximate locations to active connection records and view them on a map.
• Configurations and connection history are encrypted on your device, with keys stored in the system Keychain.
• No FerryPorts account, built-in advertising, or behavioral tracking.
Before you begin
FerryPorts does not provide a frps server. You need your own server, authentication details, and service configuration. The frp client runs inside the app process. It does not create a system VPN configuration or route all device traffic. Background availability depends on iOS scheduling, location permissions, and network conditions. Force-quitting the app interrupts connections. Continuous location updates may increase battery use.
