About Figmint
Some ideas arrive as a single word at 2am. Most never make it past that.
Figmint is a calm home for those sparks, and a gentle collaborator that helps you grow them into something real.
NEW IN 2.0
• A fresh look, and three places to work: Ideas, Do and Notes.
• Map it: turn an idea into a simple flow chart, built only from your own words.
• Pick a path: weigh your options against what matters to you, with every score explained. Then "What first?" sorts your plan by impact and effort.
• Get unstuck six ways: name the blocker, make it smaller, flip it, see what usually stalls ideas like yours, pick a path, or talk it through.
• Do: one list for today, tomorrow and later, with steps sent straight from your ideas.
• Notes: write freely, and connect a note to the ideas it belongs with.
MADE FOR iOS 27
• Map it from a photo. Snap a sketch, a whiteboard or a notebook page, and Figmint turns it into a chart you can keep.
• Talk it through holds a real conversation that remembers what you said, then names one step to take.
• Drag a to-do from today to tomorrow, or anywhere on your list.
Figmint runs on iOS 18 and later. Map it from a photo needs iOS 27 on a device whose Apple Intelligence can read images.
HOW IT WORKS
• Jot a few words. That's the whole ask, no blank-page pressure.
• Figmint asks one good question at a time to draw the idea out. Answer in a word or a paragraph: today, tomorrow, or whenever it strikes.
• When there's enough to go on, it suggests ONE small first step. Not a daunting plan, just somewhere to start.
• A light plan forms, and keeps changing as you do.
• It quietly notices when two of your ideas connect, and offers a single suggestion to bring them together.
MADE FOR MINDS THAT WANDER
No streaks. No guilt. No "you've broken your chain." Figmint nudges you at most once a day, and only when it has something worth saying. It's built for the way creative and ADHD brains actually work: scattered, nonlinear, full of half-thoughts worth keeping.
CAPTURE HOWEVER IT ARRIVES
• Type it, or tap the microphone and just say it.
• Point the camera at a whiteboard, a napkin, or a page of a notebook. Figmint reads the text and keeps the words.
• Add from the Home Screen widget, the Share sheet, Control Center, or Siri.
FIND IT AGAIN
Search your ideas in the app or straight from your Home Screen, or ask Siri to open one by name.
BRING YOUR OWN NOTES
Point Figmint at a folder of notes you already keep (a Markdown vault, an export, anything in Files) and its questions start building on what you've already written. It only ever reads them. Nothing is changed, nothing is deleted.
A SUBSCRIPTION-FREE APP, PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No subscriptions, ever. The AI is powered by the intelligence already on your iPhone, at no cost.
• All the intelligence runs on your device. Your ideas, your voice and your photos are never sent to a server.
• Speech and language features use Apple's on-device models. iOS downloads those models once, from Apple, the firs

Latest updates
2.0
Figmint 2.0 is the biggest update yet.
A new look, with three places to work: Ideas, Do and Notes.
Map it turns an idea into a flow chart built from your own words. On iOS 27 it can start from a photo of a sketch or a whiteboard.
Pick a path weighs your options against what matters to you, and What first? sorts your plan by impact and effort.
Stuck? Six ways forward: name the blocker, make it smaller, flip it, see what usually stalls ideas like yours, pick a path, or talk it through. On iOS 27, Talk it through holds a real conversation.
Do keeps today's steps in one list, and Notes holds everything else.
Also fixed: syncing now carries every part of an idea between your devices, and the idea web can always be dragged back into view.
Still on your device, private, and subscription-free.
1.5
Say it instead of typing it
Tap the microphone and speak your idea. Figmint listens on your device and learns the words you actually use — your own tag names and idea titles come out spelled right.
Scan a page, a whiteboard, or a napkin
Point the camera at anything with writing on it. Figmint reads the text, shows you what it got so you can fix it, and keeps the words. A table you photographed can even become a sketch on the idea.
Find your ideas anywhere
Search inside the app or from your Home Screen, and ask Siri to open an idea by name.
Bring your own notes
Connect a folder of notes you already keep, and Figmint's questions start building on what you've already written. It only ever reads them.
Better in more languages
Ideas now link up properly in Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Russian, not just the languages Apple ships a sentence model for.
Lock an idea
Swipe or long-press an idea to lock it. A locked idea can't be deleted or merged away until you unlock it.
Also fixed: the keyboard could sit over your idea list while you scrolled, promoting an idea could get stuck after the first time, and a handful of crashes we caught during testing.
Store changes
What Figmint changed on its store page: name, icon, screenshots, price, size, languages, requirements.
