About Flick Table Soccer
Flick Soccer is table football the way it is played on a real cloth pitch: eleven figures a side, a ball bigger than their heads, and your finger doing the flicking. Pull back and release, or swipe across the figure, and watch it glide across the pitch. Hit the ball and you keep possession; miss it and the ball is your opponent's.
PLAY BY THE REAL RULES
The match follows the FISTF rules of the game: possession only while your flicks touch the ball, no more than three flicks in a row with the same figure, shooting only from inside the shooting area, block-flicks for the defender, offside with the tick-flick to get back onside, and every restart as it should be: flick-ins, corners, goal-flicks, free-flicks and penalties. Fouls are called the way a referee would call them, and the ruling stays on screen until you tap OK.
PLACE YOUR FIGURES, THEN PLAY
Before every kick-off and at the restarts that allow it, drag your figures where you want them. Pick a formation (4-4-2, 4-3-3, 4-3-1-2, 5-3-2, 5-4-1, 3-5-2, 4-2-4) or build your own shape.
A PITCH YOU CAN WALK AROUND
Drag the grass to slide the view, pinch to zoom, twist to rotate. Tap a figure to crouch behind it and look down the line to the ball, double-tap the grass to go there.
AN OPPONENT THAT THINKS
The computer looks ahead before it flicks: it keeps the ball close, works it into the shooting area, blocks your lanes and defends its goal. It fouls like a human too, and gets punished like one.
33 NATIONAL KITS
National colours with the flag on the chest, plus three classic Italian strips. Pick both teams before the match.
TRAINING CENTRE
A tutorial for both flick styles, the camera and positioning, then drills that run the real flick-in, goal-flick, corner and penalty so you know what to do when the match asks.
• Free to play, with occasional ads at half-time and restarts
• No account, no sign-in, no internet needed to play
• In English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese
