Focus Sounds & Noises - Solbox

Focus sounds and noises that work with your brain, not against it. Solbox pairs a Pomodoro timer with white noise and ambient soundscapes for study, deep work and sleep. Designed first for ADHD brains, and built for anyone whose attention gets louder in silence.

If you've ever watched 40 minutes vanish in a quiet room, or lay awake at 2 a.m. with your thoughts stuck on a loop, Solbox is for you.

ONE TAP TO FOCUS
• "Focus" starts your default sound, volume and timer. One tap. No decisions.
• Pomodoro timer: 25/5, 50/10, 90/20 or custom, with a gentle chime on breaks
• The countdown lives on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island

NOISE COLORS
• White, brown, pink, green and grey noise: 15 noise textures in total
• Brown noise for a deep rumble, pink noise for a softer study backdrop, green noise for a gentle middle ground, grey noise for an even hiss
• Plays alongside Spotify, YouTube and podcasts

BODY DOUBLING
• Café, office, keyboard and pencil ambiences: the feeling of working alongside someone when you're working alone

LAYER YOUR OWN SOUNDSCAPE
• Mix rain, forest, sea waves, thunder, birds and fire into one ambient mix
• Soft rain on a window, a forest at dawn, the sea rolling onto the shore
• Every layer repeats as a seamless loop with no audible gap

3D AUDIO
• 3D Audio moves sound around your head with four motion presets: Bilateral, Orbit, Figure 8 and Breathing
• AirPods head tracking keeps the 3D field anchored as you turn

WIND DOWN AT NIGHT
• Sleep timer with a smooth fade-out, so you wake to quiet instead of a sudden cutoff
• Calm soundscapes and singing bowls for a slow, calm evening

TONES AND BINAURAL BEATS
• Pure-tone solfeggio frequencies from 396 to 852 Hz, including 432 and 528
• Binaural beats and isochronic tones with adjustable beat frequency
• Solfeggio and binaural tones, like 432 Hz and 528, are listening options only. No medical claims.

HAPTICS
• Optional haptic sync: subtle vibrations in time with your audio

AI SOUND EFFECTS
• Type "crickets under a summer sky" and hear it in seconds
