Watch the streets you explore emerge from the fog. Record your routes, revisit each day in the timeline, and share a journey. Tracks stay in your local database; you choose what to back up or share.

A timeline of your days
See recording periods and endpoints in the timeline. Tap a calendar day for details, edit place names separately, or export a replay video.

Bring your history along
Export everything as one archive of standard GPX files and import it on a new phone. Keep database backups in your own iCloud Drive.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL
Full access requires a monthly or annual subscription, or a lifetime purchase. Eligible annual subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Monthly and lifetime plans have no trial. Without a subscription, background recording continues, with Restore Purchases and data export available at the paywall.
Local prices and eligibility are shown by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Restore purchases and data export remain accessible without a subscription.
PERMISSIONS AND NETWORK
Recording needs location permission. Background recording depends on iOS scheduling and permissions. Tracks are stored locally and are not automatically uploaded to us. Maps, search and place names use Apple network services. Backups go to your own iCloud; feedback is sent only at your request.

FogAway now takes up much less space on your iPhone and uses less data to download. Your saved routes, places and sharing features are unchanged.

• Panning and zooming years of dense history in All is much smoother, and close-up routes are straight and clean, without jagged edges
• Places: imported trips abroad now get their countries and cities; a city shows its explored area, days visited and area per district; filling in places can be paused, resumed or run again
• Importing an archive shows full progress and can be stopped and continued later
• Fixed iCloud backups not appearing in Files or in Restore from Backup
• Dense routes in shared images no longer thin out to hairlines, plus other stability improvements
