SAFETY

Freediving and breath-hold training can cause loss of consciousness without warning. Never train alone. Use this app only with a trained, attentive buddy in a controlled environment and follow your pool or facility’s safety procedures.

The Dive Safety Alarm is a time-limit reminder. Sound, vibration, depth detection, and alerts are not guaranteed emergency systems. FreedivingPH Apnea is intended for training and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and must not be used to diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any medical condition. Oxygen-saturation information is obtained from existing Apple Health data and is not measured continuously by this app.
