ガイラルディア4は、ガイラルディアシリーズの第4弾です。
今回は最初は2人の旅で、最終的には4人旅となります。それぞれが職業に就きます。
特定アイテムにより、上級職へ転職可能であり、全員が上級職に就くことも可能です。
仲間同士の会話も設けられ、場合によってはそれが重要なヒントとなります。
システム的な改善点
・敵の攻撃対象を選ぶシステムを改良し、グループ内の敵を個別指定できるように変更。
・全てのキャラ画像(街や城などの)と、多くの敵画像が描き直しされています。
・戦闘時の背景画面が3よりさらに増えました。
・街や城では、倍速で歩くことが可能になりました(オプションで設定可能)。
