• RankRadar joins Other Apps.

NEW
• iBeacon places can now run HomeKit scenes when entering and leaving.
• Search suggestions are grouped into Time Range, Status and Features, with color-coded icons for quick scanning.
• New search suggestions: "Never Visited" finds places without any visit, "With Role" lists your Home, Work, Home Office and School places, and "With Breaks" finds places with recorded breaks.
• Feature filters now say what they find: "With Notifications", "With Live Activity", "With Place Info", "With Webhook" and "With HomeKit Scene", also in natural-language search.
• CostRadar and SkipAlarm join Other Apps.
IMPROVEMENTS
• Pausing a place switches its HomeKit automations off until it's resumed. Renaming a place updates its automation's name in the Home app.
• iCloud sync resumes on its own when the device is back online or a CloudKit pause ends, keeps working while the app is in the background, and no longer loses pending uploads when the app quits.
• Erasing iCloud data shows its progress in the sync status card.
• Settings are easier to find: photos, workouts and sleep share one Diary section, Open Website moved to General, and search also finds rows by synonyms in your language.
• Live Activities settings are hidden while Live Activities are off.
• Workout minimum distance uses miles where your region does.
• Clearer location permission texts.
• Requirements describe what's already in place instead of repeating the instruction once a requirement is met. Notifications and Background are combined into one System section.
• The FAQ has clearer topics, with Apple Devices & App and Smart Home & Automation as separate sections. Long answers are organized into a summary, steps and notes.
• More FAQ answers open the matching setting or screen directly, and place settings and HomeKit link to the answers that cover them.
• The FAQ now explains how Incognito works, and that Apple, not Geofency, sets the limit of 20 monitored regions while iBeacons have their own limit.
• Long lists of extra opening hours show two and a More row.
• iBeacon and manual places show their type's symbol on the place map.
• Place photos always show the edge of the next photo so it's clear the row scrolls, on every iPhone size.
• Refined iCloud sync status animation and other small design improvements.
FIXES
• Fixed a crash when the app went to the background on devices with a long history.
• Fixed the "Always" location prompt reappearing right after choosing "Keep Only While Using".
• Fixed "Rate & Review Geofency" in Settings doing nothing.
• Incognito's "Active until" time follows the 24-hour setting.
• The "With HomeKit Scene" filter no longer finds places whose scenes have been deleted from the Home app.
• The HTML export lists extra opening hours with the same week only once.… more - 📈Geofency - Time Tracking new best rank in the overall chart: #50Top Paid · All Apps · ZA

NEW
• Siri knows your places: ask about your last visit, time spent or clock-in status by place name or role, such as Home or Work. New, renamed and deleted places update automatically. With Apple Intelligence, Siri understands "this place" and "this visit" in the open view.
• New "Visits" action: Siri and Shortcuts list visits by place, tag or role for the last visit, today, this week, month or year. "Find Visits" filters by place, time or notes. Open places from Spotlight, Siri and Shortcuts.
• Manual clock-in and clock-out teach Siri your routine so it can suggest these actions at the right place and time.
• Tags now sync through iCloud, including colors, symbols, order and assignments to places.
• "Requirements" checks location permissions, Precise Location, Wi-Fi, mobile network, notifications and Background App Refresh, with guidance on Low Power Mode and direct access to the settings that need attention. Bluetooth guidance appears when you use iBeacon places.
• Search in Settings opens the matching screen or highlights the setting. The new offline FAQ offers 40 answers in all 20 app languages, from tracking and backups to merging places and integration troubleshooting. Search understands synonyms, multiple words and typos.
• Feedback includes an editable email preview and optional diagnostics without location history or private connection details. Ask for help directly from a FAQ answer; on Mac, the Help menu opens the FAQ and feedback.
• Diary adds a "Last 14 Days" filter. New Danish, Finnish and Norwegian localizations.
IMPROVEMENTS
• Faster first iCloud sync. Redesigned settings show sync status, last sync, item counts and upload progress. Clear notices explain account, storage and connection problems. Uploads resume automatically when iCloud is busy; "Sync Now" lets you retry. Switching iCloud accounts turns sync off with a notice.
• HomeKit shows whether each entering or leaving automation is active, being set up or needs attention, with a reason and a retry option. Scene tests show progress and identify scenes and accessories that did not respond, with a link to the Home app.
• Place-action menus show provider names and app icons, with improved app, App Clip and website handling.
• Clearer time sheets and a compact export summary. "Text (TSV)" explains compatibility with Excel and Numbers; export is disabled when the selection contains no events.
• Improved welcome screens, a new app icon, refined iPhone and iPad layouts, and optimizations for iPhone Duo.
• Reorganized Settings with "Privacy & Security" and "Places", plus a redesigned tip jar with a thank-you after each tip.
• Updated translations, including Siri prompts and answers in Japanese, Turkish and Brazilian Portuguese.
FIXES
• Fixed Siri clock-out and status requests without a place name, and clock-in/out actions performing the opposite action.
• Fixed empty coordinates in synced places, older iCloud data overwriting restored backups, and deleted records returning after the device clock was set back.
• Fixed stalled iCloud uploads and repeated tag migrations. Unreachable iCloud now reports an error and keeps sync off instead of being treated as empty.
• Fixed stale place lists and sidebar counts after widget or iCloud changes.
• Fixed duplicate counting of overlapping places with the same role in Balance and excessive time for ongoing visits in "Time Spent".
• Fixed HomeKit crashes, duplicate automations and automations not following place changes.
• Fixed file imports from Files, Mail and AirDrop. Importing into the Manual category now creates manual places.
• Webhooks require a valid URL; disabled entering or leaving requests no longer produce failure notifications.
• Improved backup error handling and stability during background processing, contact matching and map transitions.… more - 📈Geofency - Time Tracking entered the top 100 in 2 chartsTop Paid · All Apps · DE · Top Paid · Utilities · RU
