Real-time wind, swell, and tide data sourced from BOM and marine forecast models. Know before you go - check conditions across six regions covering the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Whitsundays, Sydney, and Perth/WA, with more on the way.
GPS RIDE TRACKING
Record every ride with GPS route, distance, duration, top speed, and average speed, all tracked automatically. Works in the background so you can focus on the water, with a live activity on your lock screen showing your stats in real time. Save your favourite routes and revisit them anytime.
SAFETY ON THE WATER
Riding solo or heading somewhere new, GoCoast keeps a line back to shore.
SOS — one tap gives you your exact GPS position and the right emergency number for where you are, ready to read out or send. No fumbling for coordinates when it matters.
Signal — broken down, out of fuel, or need a hand? Send a Signal and nearby riders see it, along with verified marine rescue and police accounts covering your area. Real people on the water near you, not a call centre.
Float plans — log where you're going and when you'll be back. Don't check in on time and your plan is flagged overdue, with your trip details and nominated emergency contact on record.
Zones and hazards — mark no-go areas, no-wake zones and marine parks on the map, and report hazards like sandbars, debris or shallow patches for other riders. Added by people who actually ride these waters, kept current by the community.
Crew — share your live location with a private group so everyone can see each other on the water, and nobody gets separated.

Find boat ramps, dive spots, food stops, and snorkel spots near you - with tips, tide advice, and photos added by the community, not a database that never gets updated.
