This update brings several improvements based on user feedback:
Document Scanner on Slow Networks:
Uploading scanned PDFs now works reliably on 4G and slower internet connections. Previously, uploads required 5G. Scan multiple pages with your camera and combine them into a single high-quality PDF before uploading.
Hindi Typing Support:
If you have a Hindi keyboard installed on your iPhone (via Settings > General > Keyboard), the app now allows you to type in Hindi wherever text input is available.
Shared Folders Organisation:
Shared folders are now grouped by the person who shared them, with the most recent shares appearing first. Tap any sender's name to expand their folders, only one section expands at a time. Long names and dates are fully visible, and shared content loads faster.
ZIP Downloads with Progress Tracking:
From the GovDrive web portal, folders listed within their 24-hour validity period can be downloaded as ZIP files directly to your device. A progress bar at the bottom shows download status. You can continue using the app while large files download, and the progress bar remains visible even if you move to other screens. Downloads can be cancelled from the progress bar on any screen.
