About Greeter Board: Name Signs
A name sign on the screen you already carry. Pick a layout, type the name, add a logo, and hold it up.
Made for anyone who has to be recognised across a room: drivers and chauffeurs at arrivals, hotel and event greeters, and the nameboards that sit on the table at meetings, conferences, panels and interviews.
FEATURES
• Ready-made templates: name only, logo only, name with logo, or two logos stacked. Tap one and you're done.
• Text that fits itself: names scale and wrap automatically, so they stay as large as the sign allows.
• Titles in your own language: Mr., Mrs. and Ms. in English, Herr and Frau in German, 様 after the name in Japanese — each placed the way that language places it, with your own wording always one tap away.
• Your own logos: import from Photos, Files, a link or the clipboard, then rename, reuse and organise them in your logo library.
• Display mode: full screen, no buttons, nothing to distract. The screen stays awake for as long as the sign is up.
• Save and reuse: every sign is kept in a searchable gallery. Duplicate one for the next pickup or the next attendee.
• Slides: line up several name boards — a panel, a line-up, a guest list — and swipe from one to the next, full screen.
• Print, PDF and GBNS files: print a sign, save or send it as a PDF or picture, and pass signs, projects and logos to another driver as a GBNS file.
• iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV: the templates and the full Custom editor on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and Send to TV to put a sign on the big screen.
• Scrolling banner: send a message across the screen in any of four directions, steer it by turning the phone, or wave the phone in the dark to write it in the air. Tap along to the music and it moves on the beat, with color flashes, strobe, edge glow and equalizer backgrounds.
• Charades: 450 English words in eight subjects, famous people included, at five levels of difficulty. Set the round length, play in teams with a running score, or bring your own word list. For when the flight is late.
• Effects Nameboard: tap the sign for sounds and confetti — applause, a drum roll, an air horn — when someone deserves a proper welcome.

• Projects: save a sign and pick it up where you left off. Send signs and logos to another driver as a GBNS file by AirDrop, Messages or Mail.
• The Custom editor comes to iPhone, with a font picker, bold in every font, and guides that snap things into line.
• Guests' names are no longer autocorrected as you type them.
• Hologram mode, still in testing, holds the message steadier as you wave and now draws emoji.
• Fixes for the Mac.
2.3
• The app now speaks 47 languages, and a language button in the top bar switches between them.
• Courtesy titles follow that language: Herr and Frau in German, 様 after the name in Japanese, 先生 in Chinese — and your own wording is still one tap away.
• Apple TV: make a sign on your iPhone or iPad and send it straight to the big screen.
• New under Fun (beta): a scrolling banner that runs in four directions, follows the phone as you turn it, or writes your message in the air like a hologram — and moves on a beat you tap, with flashes, strobe, edge glow and equalizer backgrounds.
• And charades: 450 English words in eight subjects, famous people included, an adjustable round length, and teams with a running score — or bring your own word list.
