About HabitTap: Simple Habit Tracker
Build habits that stick.
HabitTap is a habit tracker built around one idea: pick a cue, then tap. It is made for people who have tried before and stopped — so resting is not failing.
Forgetful some days? Motivation comes and goes? That is expected here. HabitTap is designed to be ADHD-friendly.
■ Anchor a habit to something you already do
"After I brush my teeth, stretch for 2 minutes." Choose a cue from the list, and the new habit rides along with it.
■ Log from your home screen
Add the widget and log without opening the app. Small, medium and Lock Screen widgets are included.
■ Rest without breaking
• Rest days: up to one a week that does not count as a miss
• Mini version: on hard days, log a smaller amount
• Welcome back: come back after a gap without being scolded
We do not use the fear of losing a streak to keep you going.
■ See habits become automatic
Once a week, answer four short questions. HabitTap shows how automatic each habit has become, based on a self-report measure of habit automaticity.
■ Also
• 8 languages
• Dark Mode, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver
• iPad
• Export and import your data
■ HabitTap Premium
Free: up to 5 habits, logging (up to 5 a day), widgets, reminders and the weekly review.
Premium (monthly / yearly / lifetime) adds:
• Unlimited habits and daily logs
• How automatic, over time
• App icons and widget designs
• Log automatically from Apple Health (steps, workouts, mindful minutes)
The yearly plan includes a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
■ Privacy
Your habits and records stay on your iPhone. If you allow it, HabitTap reads Apple Health data on your iPhone only. It never writes to Health or sends that data anywhere. We send anonymous usage data to improve the app (never the content of your habits). You can turn this off in Settings.
