About Helping People Change
UNLOCK THE POTENTIAL IN YOURSELF AND OTHERS
Have you ever wanted to make a change but not achieved the results you hoped for? You’re not alone. Most attempts to create change don’t last long. But there’s a better way! In this app you’ll learn how to apply ‘Coaching with compassion’ to your own life, dramatically increase the stickiness of change and forever alter how you help yourself and others learn, develop and grow.
CREATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COACHES, RESEARCHERS AND AUTHORS RICHARD BOYATZIS, MELVIN SMITH AND ELLEN VAN OOSTEN
Richard Boyatzis, Melvin Smith and Ellen Van Oosten are Professors at Case Western Reserve University. Between them, they have published 9 books, over 300 articles, and 2 MOOCs (massive open online courses), which over 1,250,000 people have attended worldwide. Together with Richard, Melvin and Ellen we have turned their book into an interactive course, which will help you apply lessons from the book to your life.
CREATE LASTING CHANGE
Life is change. But that doesn’t make it easy! Discover how the five steps of intentional change can help you create genuine change that sticks.
INSPIRE OTHERS TO GROW
When we try to help others, we often try to "fix" them. But it doesn't work. Instead, by using our compassionate approach to coaching, you'll learn to empower others to help themselves.
FIND YOUR PURPOSE
All too often, we pursue goals that are not our own. Find out what truly matters to you by crafting a personal vision which you can use as your roadmap for change.
PUT EXPERT ADVICE INTO ACTION
- Interactive course breaks down tools and techniques based on over 30 years of scientific research and walks you through how to apply it to your own life;
- Answer questions and follow exercises to gain insight into your own thoughts, feelings and behaviour;
- Tools in the palm of your hand, to support you whenever and wherever you need them;
- Daily journal to reflect, clear your mind and learn about yourself.
