Henfolio gives painters a dedicated space to document the life of each artwork - from the first study to the final touches. Instead of treating a painting as a single finished image, the app lets you build a chronological record of the decisions, sessions, and visual changes that happen along the way.

Start a project and fill in the essentials: title, materials, painting surface, size, and other useful details. As the work develops, save new photographs and log studio sessions so every stage remains connected to the same piece. Over time, each project becomes its own visual timeline.

The Studio section keeps your current painting at the center of attention. You can quickly continue working, record time spent at the easel, and leave yourself a reminder when a layer needs time to dry or when you plan to return to a particular detail.

Henfolio’s Journal acts as a personal catalogue of your artwork. Browse ongoing pieces, look through previous projects, search by title, and archive works that no longer need to stay in your active workspace.
To examine how a painting has evolved, select two saved images and open the comparison view. An interactive divider lets you move between earlier and later stages, while zoom controls help you inspect smaller areas of the composition.

The Insights area reflects the studio activity you have recorded yourself. It can show how much time you have spent painting recently, how often you worked, and the typical length of your sessions - giving you a simple overview of your creative routine without turning it into a competition.

Henfolio is made for artists who want to remember more than the finished canvas. It keeps photographs, project details, studio time, and progress notes together so the entire making process remains easy to revisit.
