UNDERSTAND YOUR RHYTHM
• Focus Time, recorded automatically: how long your body stayed calm and steady enough to concentrate. Study, work or daydreaming, you decide what it was.
• Focus Battery: full each morning, showing how much focus today has left.
• Sleep: how long you slept last night, your sleep stages, and how regular your sleep has been.
• Body clock: from your sleep and daytime activity, Huemoji estimates when you'll start getting sleepy tonight and when sleep will come most easily.
