iHand: Same-Day Delivery

iHand is a same-day, door-to-door courier for small items inside Al Ain city.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND DELIVER
- Documents and forgotten items, including keys and envelopes
- A paid order that is ready at a shop, tailor, repair shop or Instagram seller
- Supermarket groceries and restaurant food, only when sealed and shelf-stable with no refrigeration needed
- Flowers and gifts, packed and ready to send
- Laundry and ready tailoring orders
- A small second-hand item you bought from another person
- One prepared order from your small shop or home business to your customer

HOW IT WORKS
- Book one pickup and one drop-off inside Al Ain.
- See the route-specific delivery price in AED before you confirm.
- Motorbike up to 5 kg, sedan up to 25 kg if the item fits safely. Same route price for both.
- Pay cash at handover or by card online.
- See your captain's name and rating, and chat with them in the app.
- Watch your captain on the map once they set off, and follow every status update.
- Share a summary of the delivery details, see the handover photo and keep your order history.

FOR CAPTAINS
Already driving around Al Ain? Earn by delivering parcels along the way.
Captain approval is required before you can accept deliveries.
- Start and manage your shift.
- Use turn-by-turn navigation for pickup and drop-off.
- Take proof-of-pickup and proof-of-delivery photos.
- Review your completed deliveries and delivery history.

Available in English, Arabic and Urdu.
Service is limited to the city of Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
