About Inkarte: Tattoo Client Manager
Inkarte keeps client records, bookings, session history and consent forms for tattoo artists together in one fully offline app. All data is stored on your device — the developer collects nothing and nothing is sent to any server. No account is required.
KEY FEATURES
・Client records: contact, social handle, health screening (allergies, medications, history, keloid tendency), skin notes and tags. Health alerts are pinned to the top of the karte.
・Appointments: manage everything on a calendar, with reminders and optional export to your device Calendar. Changing or deleting an appointment updates the calendar event too.
・Session history: body part, style, price, machine/needle, inks used (brand/color/lot) and photos (design, stencil, immediately after, healed, other).
・Consent forms: check the items from a standard or custom template, capture a handwritten signature on screen and save it as a PDF. The signing screen is a guest mode only the artist can exit. Documents are shown and exported in the language of the template you pick.
・Ink lot search: find every client a specific lot was used on. Aftercare reminders follow up a chosen number of days after a session.
・Full Access: statistics (monthly revenue, session count, style breakdown), custom templates, portfolio, and bulk export of CSV or combined consent PDFs.
・Backup and restore: export everything as an encrypted archive and bring it back with your passphrase — for a new device or a lost one.
PRICING
One-time purchase, no subscription. The free tier supports up to 10 clients and 3 signed consent forms per calendar month, with unlimited sessions, appointments, aftercare reminders and backup/restore. Full Access makes clients and consent forms unlimited and unlocks statistics, custom templates, portfolio and bulk export.
PLEASE NOTE
The consent templates are general samples; they do not guarantee any specific legal effect and are not legal advice. For actual use, please consult a professional according to your local regulations. Aftercare information is general reference only and is not medical advice. You are responsible for managing your clients' information.

Latest updates
1.2
Everything around the signature is now something you can keep as a record.
・Before signing, clients can read the full form text and the confirmation items on the same screen. The PDF also records the health details and date of birth they declared, as of the moment of signing.
・Finalising a signature now asks for confirmation. A signed form can be voided instead of deleted — every page is reissued with a void watermark and the reason. Signature dates can also be corrected.
・Client search now reaches treatment records: body area, style, size, notes, needle/machine, and ink brand, colour or lot.
・Inkarte warns you about duplicate client names and appointments within 30 minutes of another, without blocking the save.
・The statistics chart was rebuilt: months are in the right order, the axis is in your currency, and each month's revenue is labelled.
・Cancelling an appointment now removes its calendar event too.
・Backup encryption is stronger and the export carries more fields. Restoring the same file twice no longer duplicates records, and the result is shown right afterwards.
・Photos are saved and listed faster, so a large portfolio no longer keeps you waiting.
・Fixed the layout of Home and Statistics at large text sizes, and improved legibility in light appearance.
・Fixed mixed numerals in Arabic, and revised wording across the other languages.
