- 📦Inoreader: News & RSS reader updated to version 7.11.4iOSInoreader now supports iPhone Duo, and this update keeps the unread count on the app icon up to date.
iPhone Duo:
• Inoreader adapts to both screens. Folded, you get the familiar iPhone layout. Unfolded, it switches to an optimized version of the iPad layout, with your feeds and folders alongside your articles in both portrait and landscape — and keeps your place, including the article you’re reading, when you fold or unfold.
• In split-screen mode next to another app, Inoreader switches to its compact mobile layout so everything stays within easy reach.
• When the Dynamic Island shows a live activity, such as directions or music, you can still reach the buttons at the top of your article list and articles.
What’s new:
• The unread count on the app icon now updates as soon as a notification arrives, so it’s right before you open the app.
• Newsletter articles now fit the width of your screen, so you can read them without scrolling sideways. With the dark theme, newsletters also show on a dark background. To keep their original colors, turn off “Dark theme for newsletter feeds” in Settings > Interface.
• Changing your account email now asks for your current password, which keeps your account safer.
• Article lists can now show larger text in the list, magazine and card views. Turn it on in Settings > Interface or under List font size in the eye menu. If you use a larger text size on your iPhone or iPad, Inoreader turns it on for you and makes article text one size bigger too.
• YouTube: “Watch on YouTube” in embedded videos now opens the YouTube app. To open YouTube links in the internal browser instead, turn off “Open YouTube links in the YouTube app” in Settings > Miscellaneous, and they will follow your Browser setting.
• Text-to-speech now highlights each sentence as it is read, so you can follow along in the article.
• Article thumbnails now keep people’s faces in view in the article list, card view and widgets.
• Rules can now match a list of mentions, letting a single rule cover several people, brands or topics.
• The app opens noticeably faster: the splash screen is gone, so you go straight to your articles.
• Articles open faster, and your reading position is kept when you rotate the device or the theme switches automatically.
• Monitored keywords are now called monitoring feeds.
Fixes:
• Swiping between articles works smoothly in feeds with wide pictures, and the bottom action bar stays clear of the end of long articles.
• On iOS 27.2, the buttons at the top of articles can be tapped again and the iPad article list stays visible. On iPad, keyboard shortcuts also work in Discover.
• Renaming tags works again, the eye menu stays clear of the Dynamic Island, and the X (Twitter) share button has been removed.

- 📦Inoreader: News & RSS reader updated to version 7.11.1iOSVersion 7.11 adds support for iPhone Duo.
Version 7.11.1 fixes the layout on iOS 27.2: on iPhone, the buttons at the top of articles slipped under the status bar and couldn’t be tapped; on iPad, the article list could go blank with the menu button stuck at the bottom.
What’s new:
• iPhone Duo: Inoreader adapts to both screens. Folded, you get the familiar iPhone layout. Unfolded, it switches to an optimized version of the iPad layout, with your feeds and folders alongside your articles in both portrait and landscape — and keeps your place, including the article you’re reading, when you fold or unfold.

• Article thumbnails now keep people’s faces in view instead of cropping them out, in the article list, card view and widgets.
• Rules can now match a list of mentions, letting a single rule cover several people, brands or topics.
• Swiping an article in the list now gives a light haptic feedback when you pass the point where the action will trigger.
• “Watch on YouTube” in embedded videos now opens the YouTube app.
• Monitored keywords are now called monitoring feeds. Reaching your plan’s limit for them now says so, instead of wrongly saying the feature is only for Pro users.
• The app opens noticeably faster: the splash screen is gone, so you go straight to your articles.
• Articles open faster, and your reading position is kept when you rotate the device or the theme switches automatically.
• The bottom action bar no longer covers the end of long articles.
• iPad: keyboard shortcuts now work in Discover.
• iPad: in a resized window, the menu button and your account no longer sit under the window controls.
• iPad: fixed the app sometimes opening with the sidebar covering an empty article list.
• Add feeds: the search tabs (Facebook Pages, Reddit, Telegram) now open the right search on accounts without Bluesky.
• Tags: the add button now moves along when you rotate the device.
• Switching an article from full content back to the feed text no longer leaves its pictures broken.
• Fixed a brief white screen when opening the app in dark mode on iOS 15.
