About Inyo Notes
Inyo is a notes app organized by day. It opens ready to write, and each entry is saved to its day as you type.
Entries can hold formatted text, headings and lists, photos, links and tags. Browse shows everything by day, newest first. Find searches text, tags and calendar titles.
There are many "notes" apps, but most have features for organizing, processing, and displaying notes that clutter up the capture process. Inyo has the most important tools, but keeps them out of your way for quick, efficient capture and recall. Use it as a journal, a scrapbook, a place for your thoughts.
FEATURES
• Capture: opens ready to write. Text, a photo, a link or a tag makes an entry.
• Formatting: headings, bulleted and numbered lists, indenting.
• Photos: several per entry, stored at full size.
• Tags: type # to tag. Pin, rename, hide and delete tags. Optional tag suggestions are computed on the device.
• Browse: entries grouped by day, filterable by tag, with bookmarks at the top.
• Find: searches entry text, tags and calendar entry titles.
• Calendar entries: an entry for each of today's events on the calendars you choose, for your notes. Inyo reads calendars and never changes them.
• Sync: across Mac, iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud account.
• Export: share an entry as text, save it as Markdown, or export the whole library as Markdown files.
• Shortcuts: save text, links and images to Inyo; open Inyo from Control Center or the Action button.
• Things 3: optionally send an entry tagged #task to Things Today.
• Keyboard shortcuts throughout, and changeable.
