About IronForge: Private Rhythm Log
IronForge is a sexual-wellness journal for adult men. During a solo session (masturbation) or time with a partner, log it with your Apple Watch or iPhone: count, duration, heart rate, and how long it has been since the last time.
Most people have no idea what their real frequency and intervals look like. Seeing the pattern helps you understand your energy, adjust your routine, or plan ahead, for example when trying to conceive. IronForge only records and charts your own data. It contains no sexual imagery or explicit content and does not give medical advice.
HOW IT WORKS
· Once you start, rhythmic motion of your wrist (or the phone in your hand) is counted automatically
· Live count, duration and heart rate; ends automatically after 90 seconds of no motion
· Records are saved on the watch first and sync when your iPhone is nearby
· Forgot to open the app? Add an entry afterwards
SEE YOUR RHYTHM
· Furnace: days since the last time, at a glance
· Average interval and longest streak
· 18-week calendar heatmap plus weekly, monthly and yearly stats
· Rhythm curve, average frequency, average and max heart rate for every entry
A LITTLE FUN
· After each entry, forge a weapon: Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary
· A 25-weapon collection and blacksmith levels from Novice to Ultimate
WHY SO MANY PRIVACY CONTROLS
This is very personal data, so:
· Everything stays on your device: no account, no server, export to CSV anytime
· Face ID lock, and the app is hidden in the app switcher (Pro)
· By default the Apple Watch writes nothing to the Health app, so it doesn't close your rings or notify friends through Activity sharing (you can turn this on in the watch settings)
PRO
Try everything free for 7 days, then unlock Pro with a one-time purchase to keep full history and stats, remove ads and enable the privacy lock.
For adults 18+ only.
