[App Overview]
DolphinSpots is an app that helps support everyday peace of mind by sharing location information and device status with family members who have given their consent.
The app always displays a notification, and each user can manage the scope of sharing themselves. It cannot be used for hidden monitoring or tracking.
It is designed to help with child safety and family safety checks.

[Main Features]
- Share location information and device status
Family members can share location information and device status, such as charging/not charging and login status, all in one place.
Sharing can be turned on or off, and it is enabled only when the user has given consent.

- Place notifications
Family members receive notifications when someone arrives at or leaves registered places such as home or school.
This helps confirm that children have arrived safely at school or home, providing extra reassurance for safety and crime prevention.

[Privacy and Safety]
- The app always displays a notification to clearly show that information sharing is active. This notification cannot be hidden.
- User consent is required. An explanation is shown on first launch, and information is not shared unless the user agrees.
- Because users are registered through a family-based system, third parties cannot add users without permission.
- Our proprietary algorithm is designed to minimize battery consumption as much as possible.

[Data Handling]
- Data collected: location information, device status (charging/not charging, login status), and place notifications
- Purpose of use: to support the safety and peace of mind of families
- Retention period: limited to the minimum necessary; data is never sold to third parties
- Communication: all communications are encrypted
- Deletion: data deletion requests can be made in the app or through support
