About Island Queen
About us at the Island Queen Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. First of all, we have been offering ferry transportation to Martha’s Vineyard for half a century. Also, the Island Queen Ferry is the only passenger cruise ship sailing regularly from Falmouth to Martha’s Vineyard. While, it is a seasonal passenger ferry service (no vehicles), it runs from late May through mid-October. You’ll enjoy our complete snack bar, the spectacular picture window lounge forward, or the sunny outside decks and our friendly, helpful crew. Sail away from Falmouth to Martha’s Vineyard aboard the Island Queen. And, relax and enjoy a delightful 35 minute mini-cruise across Vineyard Sound. The Island Queen Ferry is a stress free mode of transportation to Martha’s Vineyard.
In addition, our two parking lots are conveniently located close to the ferry dock. You are welcome to drop-off passengers and luggage at the dock before you park. And, we also have room on board for bikes, kayaks, surf boards, and paddle boards. So, bring your favorite recreational equipment with you and enjoy your experience on Martha’s Vineyard.
Finally, The Island Queen Ferry is owned and operated by Island Commuter Corp., Falmouth, Cape Cod.
