[Main functions]
1) Application function
Applications can be made using prepared application forms.
The app is also replete in functions to support applications.
- Transport expense reimbursement linked to an app named Jorudan:
Linked to Jorudan's route search, the system can automatically calculate train and bus transport expenses. Deductions for designated areas are also supported.
- Support for foreign currencies:
Amounts of money are automatically calculated at set rates, making it easy to apply for expense calculation in foreign currencies.
- File attachments:
Files can be attached to applications from the app as well.
- Input check function to prevent incomplete applications:
Alerts are displayed in cases of input irregularities, so as to prevent mistakes.
- Previous applications copy function:
When making an application similar to a previous one, its contents can be copied from the previous application.
- Save draft function:
Users can save drafts of application form contents.

2) Approval function
Just by tapping a button it is possible to proceed with the approval process quickly and easily.
Approvals which have been approved it by mistake can be cancelled.
