About Larens
Larens is the card game played in every Emirati majlis: two teams, bidding, a trump suit, and two jokers that turn the table. Play online with friends, or against computer characters: Emirati neighbours of every age, plus guests from Egypt, India, the Philippines, Sudan and Britain, each in their own dialect.
• 4 players (2 vs 2) or 6 players (3 vs 3) with the authentic Emirati rules: Pass, Bawn, Bont, Larens, Tadmin and asking your partner about the joker.
• Private rooms with a key you share on WhatsApp, and public rooms for quick play.
• Fully voiced characters who bid, comment and tease: Emiratis from a child to a grandfather, plus guests from abroad.
• Shuffling and dealing like real life: the tricks are gathered and given a human shuffle, and cards land scattered on the table.
• Majlis, beach, souq and desert: full venues that change every match, with day and night modes.
• Weekly league, a monthly season with an exclusive laurel, and knockout tournaments for up to 16 players.
• Daily challenge with the same deal for everyone, daily missions, weekly challenges, daily gift and a treasure chest.
