About ListPlayer
ListPlayer plays the playlists in your library — the way you built them.
NEW TRACKS ON TOP
That is why this app exists. In the Music app, newly added tracks end up at the very bottom, and you scroll past half the list every time. In ListPlayer the newest comes first. If you want the original order back, it is one tap away.
SLEEP TIMER
After this track, or after 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes. And then the difference that matters: the music does not cut out mid-chorus, it ends when the current track ends. The timer tells you up front when that will be and which track it will be.
It keeps working long after you have closed the app.
A FAREWELL WORTH SEEING
Once the music has faded out, your album cover dissolves into its own colours and becomes a night sky. Every album makes its own constellation. You see it the next time you wake up and open the app.
THE PLAYER
The interface takes its colours from the album cover, so every track brings its own mood. Plus shuffle, repeat, a queue, AirPlay and a mini player that follows you everywhere.
SORT IT YOUR WAY
Newest first, A–Z, Z–A, most played, reversed, or the original order.
Free. No account, no ads, no server — ListPlayer collects nothing about you, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Requires access to your music library and an iPhone library with your own playlists.

Latest updates
2.1
SLEEP TIMER
After this track, or from 15 to 90 minutes. The music ends when the current track ends, not in the middle of it — and it runs out even with the app closed. A running timer shows its remaining time in the player and the mini player.
THE CONSTELLATION
Once the music has faded out, your album cover becomes a night sky made of its own colours. Every album has its own.
NEW TRACKS FIRST AGAIN
In some playlists the order had drifted and the newest tracks ended up at the bottom. Fixed: sorting now follows the date explicitly instead of trusting the system order. New in the sort menu: “Newest first” and an honest “Restore sort order”.
NOW IN SPANISH AND FRENCH
And the player finally speaks your language throughout instead of partly German.
FIXED
On iOS 26 the search field was hidden behind the mini player and could not be tapped.
