Record a pending or completed decision alongside your reasons. Come back later, reread what mattered then, and write a new reflection while keeping your original reasons intact.

Your entries become pebbles along a river; your decisions become forks in the path. Tap to revisit a moment, browse the calendar, search your words, or meet an entry from a past week, month, or year.

WRITE TO YOUR FUTURE SELF
Put a letter in a bottle and choose an opening date. When the day arrives, receive it inside the app. Letters stay on your device; they are not sent through the internet.

TAKE A SEAT WITH YOUR THOUGHTS
Start with a daily question or an original short reflection at the Pavilion. Pause, then write your own response. There is no right answer, and no need to finish every activity each day.

YOUR WORDS STAY WITH YOU
No account, ads, tracking, or developer cloud. Content is stored locally on your device. Choose a passcode and Face ID / Touch ID, with a privacy cover when you leave the app.

ROOM TO RECONSIDER
Recover deleted content and previous edited versions for 30 days. Export a JSON backup or bring in entries from supported journal and note formats.

Made for iPhone and iPad, with English and Simplified Chinese interfaces. The optional life clock uses a birth date and estimated lifespan that you enter for personal reflection. It is not a lifespan prediction.

Please back up regularly. LongRiver does not provide automatic cloud sync. Exported JSON files are readable, so keep them somewhere private and trusted. Unsaved drafts and 30-day recovery history are not included in exports. Uninstalling the app may remove local content that has not been backed up.
