Malmoi: Korean Vocabulary

말모이 Malmoi is a vocabulary app for TOPIK test takers and Korean learners. It covers 11,027 high-frequency Korean words from TOPIK levels 1 to 6 and uses the FSRS spaced repetition algorithm, so you remember more words in less time.

"말모이" was the name of the 1910s project, led by the Korean Language Society, to compile the first Korean dictionary. It literally means "gathering words together."

Learn all 40 letters: 14 consonants, 10 vowels, plus tense consonants and compound vowels. Every letter has native-speaker audio and a stroke-order animation, and there is a full syllable chart (반절표). You can start here even if you can't read Hangul yet.
