Meeting Pins gives your regular Zoom meetings a permanent home on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Save an invitation once, then find it whenever it’s time to join. One purchase includes all three platforms.
KEEP FAMILIAR MEETINGS CLOSE
Save meeting names, original invitation links, optional passwords, and notes. Search your library, mark favorites, and arrange meetings in the order that works for you.
OPEN THE ORIGINAL INVITATION
Choose Join to open the saved invitation in Zoom or your browser. Original passcode and registration parameters stay intact. When a separate password is saved, Meeting Pins copies it so you can paste it into Zoom.
MAKE ROOM FOR ROUTINE
Choose selected weekdays or daily schedules, with a time zone for each meeting. Add optional reminders from meeting time to one day before. Notification permission is separate on each device; Focus and system settings can affect delivery.
YOUR DEVICES, YOUR PRIVATE ICLOUD
Bookmarks, passwords, notes, schedules, favorites, and manual order sync through your private iCloud account. Use the same Apple Account on each device. Offline edits stay saved locally until syncing is available.

Meeting Pins has no ads, analytics SDKs, subscription, or separate app account. Names, links, passwords, notes, and schedules use encrypted CloudKit fields; a local cache also stays in the app’s sandbox. Clipboard copies expire after 60 seconds and stay local to the device on iPhone and iPad.
Keep Meeting Pins running on Mac and open it regularly on iPhone and iPad to replenish the next 60 queued alerts and receive schedule changes. Reminders are not guaranteed alarms.
