Offre la possibilità di consultare le previsioni, i dati osservati e i livelli di allerta in Piemonte, Valle d’Aosta e Liguria.
Le previsioni sono elaborate e validate da meteorologi esperti e non da algoritmi automatici; anche per questo motivo arrivano al terzo giorno senza spingersi oltre, quando l’affidabilità della previsione cala sensibilmente.
I dati sono in tempo reale, basati sulla più ampia rete pubblica di stazioni meteorologiche tarate e manutenute regolarmente: dalla temperatura alla quantità di pioggia caduta, dalla velocità del vento all’umidità, nell’applicazione sono riportati i principali parametri meteo.
Inoltre è possibile consultare il radar, lo strumento più efficace per seguire lo spostamento delle precipitazioni e le celle temporalesche mentre si stanno sviluppando.

About Meteo 3R
Meteo 3R brings together the official weather forecast for northwestern Italy in a single app.
It offers the ability to consult forecasts, observed data, and alert levels for Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, and Liguria.
Forecasts are developed and validated by expert meteorologists, not by automatic algorithms; for this reason, they only reach the third day, when forecast reliability drops significantly.
The data is in real time, based on the largest public network of regularly calibrated and maintained weather stations: from temperature to rainfall, from wind speed to humidity, the app displays key weather parameters.
You can also consult radar, the most effective tool for tracking precipitation patterns and storm cells as they develop.
The alert levels are the official ones, issued for potential natural hazards resulting from the weather conditions that could occur. Pay maximum attention to potentially dangerous situations, adopting the self-protection measures indicated by the Civil Protection Department.
Danger information is available for municipalities in Piedmont: this represents a real hydrogeological risk situation occurring within the municipality, resulting from instrumental thresholds exceeded by rain gauges (within 15 km of the municipality) or hydrometers.
The app can send a notification in the event of an alert, severe thunderstorm, or danger for the selected municipalities.
