MetroTune: Tuner & Metronome

Tune your instrument, keep time and hear your progress. MetroTune brings a metronome, chromatic tuner and pitch practice tools together on your phone or tablet.

HEAR AND SEE YOUR INTONATION
• Pitch Replay: record a phrase and compare your original playing with pitch-corrected playback. Follow the tuner and pitch timeline as you listen.
• Pitch Accuracy (experimental): see a note-by-note tuning overview, with recent feedback for the note you are playing and a summary across the session.
• Pause to inspect a passage. Drag either end of the time range, move the whole selection, or expand the view for more detail.
• Adjust the minimum note duration for faster passages or sustained notes.

KEEP A STEADY BEAT
• Set the tempo directly or use tap tempo.
• Practice with subdivisions, swing, compound meters and polyrhythms.
• Build tempo changes with Tempo Map and train your internal pulse with silent measures in GAP mode.
• Choose from a variety of metronome sounds, use voice counting or start and stop with a double clap.
• Adjust the metronome volume with your device’s volume buttons.

TUNE AND TRAIN YOUR EAR
• Follow live chromatic tuning feedback while the metronome runs.
• Use instrument presets, transposition and an adjustable A4 reference.
• Explore Equal, Just and Pythagorean tuning, reference tones and an optional perfect fifth.
• Pitch detection is designed for one note at a time.

SCALE AND SCORE PRACTICE — PREMIUM
• Follow scrolling notation through scales, arpeggios and practice routines.
• Loop a selected passage, practice across keys and use Echo mode to listen and repeat.
• Listen mode (experimental) gives note-level pitch and rhythm feedback. Review the original recording with Pitch Replay and Pitch Accuracy.

FREE TO START, OPTIONAL PREMIUM
Core metronome and tuner tools, Pitch Accuracy and core Pitch Replay are free. Record, replay your original or pitch-corrected phrase, and keep one saved Pitch Replay recording on your device.

Premium adds Scale and Score practice, more saved Pitch Replay recordings, individual-note playback and other practice options. An optional Premium subscription keeps Premium features active and banner ads hidden while subscribed. You can also watch an available rewarded video for 24 hours of Premium access.
