MetroTuner - Metronome Tuner

The metronome and tuner you need to practice - all in one place, right at hand.

MetroTuner puts a metronome, a tuner and a tuning fork into one Apple Watch app.
All you need is your instrument and your Apple Watch: no iPhone, and no switching between apps.
Feel the beat as a tap on your wrist - handy where you can't make a sound, or in the middle of a rehearsal.

One purchase unlocks everything. No ads, and no extra in-app purchases.

BEFORE YOU START: please put your Apple Watch in silent mode.
The Watch's haptic sound interferes with the app's click, so please use silent mode when using the metronome.
(Switch it with the bell in Control Center. The app's click is switched separately with the speaker button in the app.)

METRONOME
- Tempo 40-240 BPM. Fine control with the Digital Crown, or tap the number to set the tempo from your own taps (tap tempo)
- Time signatures from 1/4 to 7/4
- Rhythms: quarter notes, eighths, off-beat eighths, triplets and sixteenths
- Haptic beats (short or long) and a speaker click, with an adjustable timing between them
- "Lock while playing" keeps the tempo from changing mid-song
- Setlist: save the tempos, meters and rhythms you use most
- Layout for the left or right wrist

TUNER
- A chromatic tuner for guitar, winds, strings and voice, up to C8 (piccolo range)
- Needle display, plus a strobe display that makes the direction and size of any error easy to see
- A haptic tap tells you when you are in tune
- Reference pitch adjustable from 430 to 450 Hz (A=442 and more)
- Do-Re-Mi for your instrument's key, like "Do in Bb" (C, Bb, Eb, F instruments) - friendly for students
- Sharp names come with the flat spelling shown small beside them

TUNING FORK
- A steady reference tone from C3 to C8, chosen with the Digital Crown
- Shows the same Do-Re-Mi display as the tuner

- Apple Watch app (watchOS 10 or later)
- The tuner uses the microphone. Audio is never recorded, stored or sent
- When using the metronome, please put your Apple Watch in silent mode. Otherwise the Watch's haptic sound interferes with the app's click
- The Watch speaker is small, so low tuning-fork notes may be hard to hear
