Worldwide, per day, and installs to date. The band is open; the exact number is free with an account.
How this is calculated
Apple publishes no download counts. iPhone downloads come from chart positions and daily rating growth per country, calibrated on Google Play install counts; lifetime installs from ratings worldwide × installs per rating. Confidence is the chance the real number is within half to double ours.
Active users
All platforms, worldwide. Free with an account.
Stickiness (DAU / MAU)
how many monthly users open it on a given day
How this is calculated
Monthly users come from lifetime installs across every store, fitted on monthly active user figures companies publish; daily users = monthly × the typical daily/monthly ratio for the category. Confidence is the chance the real number is within half to double ours.

About MilkyLog: Baby Milk Tracker
Log every feed, bottle and breastfeed in seconds.
Keep your baby's vaccine schedule and appointments in one place.
See which weeks may be fussy, with 10 developmental leaps explained.
MilkyLog is a free baby tracker with no subscription and no trial, and you can share the same diary with your family over iCloud.
FEEDS, SLEEP AND DIAPERS IN ONE TAP
The Today screen shows how long it's been since the last feed, nap and diaper change. One tap logs a bottle, a breastfeed (left or right side), a solids meal, a nap or a diaper. Daily totals in ml or oz.
VACCINES
A reference vaccine schedule for your country, with the source shown on every dose. Mark doses as given, set appointments and get a reminder the day before. Add the clinic and any reaction for your own records. Always follow your clinic's plan.
LEAPS AND FUSSY PHASES
A 20-month timeline of developmental leaps, counted from your due date, so babies born early are not out of step. Each leap explains what's changing, the common signs and ways to help. Growth spurts, teething and sleep regressions are covered too.
SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY
Turn on iCloud sync and share your baby with a partner, grandparent or nanny. What one person logs shows up on everyone's phone within seconds. Twins or siblings? Add as many babies as you need.
GROWTH AND MILESTONES
Weight, length and head circumference on WHO growth curves, with percentiles. Motor milestones by age, from lifting the head to the first steps.
HISTORY AND INSIGHTS
Every day as a timeline, and any feed, nap or diaper can be edited. Weekly and monthly averages, compared with the period before.
WIDGET AND REMINDERS
A home screen widget shows the last feed and today's total. Feeding reminders every 2, 3 or 4 hours, or an interval of your own.
YOUR DATA
No account needed. Your baby's diary stays on your device unless you turn on iCloud sync yourself. MilkyLog is free with ads; a one-time purchase removes them.
MilkyLog is a diary, not medical advice. If you're worried about your baby's health, talk to your doctor.

Latest updates
2.5.0
What's new in 2.5.0
• AI Hub (optional): today's meal ideas for your baby's stage, a day-by-day meal planner from your own list, a stool colour check against the official colour card, and a 7-day overview of your diary. For reference only — it does not replace your doctor.
• Pumping: a timer for each side, an optional goal, and every session in your diary.
• Milk stash: track bags in the fridge and freezer, with the use-by date for each one.
• Stool colour on diaper changes: pick the colour right when you log a dirty diaper.
• A refreshed Solids page with suggested menus.
• New app icon and a cuter icon set throughout the app.
Fixes: time gaps on the day view show in your language, and long titles no longer get cut off.
2.4.0
What's new in 2.4.0
• Solids roadmap based on official CDC guidance. See at a glance how many meals, how much and which textures for each stage, with real photos, a typical day of food and a self-feeding guide.
• "Meals by day": every solid meal your baby has had, day by day, with the foods named.
• Sleep at a glance: a 24-hour line for each of the last 7 days shows exactly when your baby slept. The day view uses the same line.
• While your baby sleeps, Home shows a sleeping card with the time so far. Tap "Baby woke up" right there — you'll be asked to confirm first.
• A little note each time your baby turns another month old, and a special one on their first birthday.
• Change the app language in Settings. New: Bahasa Melayu.
• Solids, faster: type what your baby ate like a note — "carrot, banana" — and save.
Fixes: food diary counts are accurate again, baby profile edits sync to your family's phones, and sleep totals keep counting while your baby sleeps.
