MiniBill is an offline income and expense ledger for market sellers, freelancers, side work and small businesses. Skip categories: enter an amount and a project name to record a transaction. Choose a display currency in Settings; Chinese yuan (CNY) is the default.

[Core Features]

• Quick entry: record income or an expense with an amount and project name. Add notes, choose a date and time, use two decimal places and pick familiar project names.
• Currency display: one setting for all your accounts. Only the currency label and symbol change; existing numbers stay the same, with no exchange-rate conversion.
• Home calendar: switch between week and month, see daily net income in calendar colours, tap a date to filter entries and jump between months.
• Accounts and totals: create, rename or delete accounts. View income, expenses, net income and entry count for the selected period; hide amounts with a tap.
• Statistics: daily net income by month, monthly income and expenses by year, income/expense breakdowns and project rankings.
• Share images: preview images for a single entry or monthly and yearly totals before sharing. Notes are excluded. Includes five app-sharing posters.
• Backup and restore: import and export full JSON backups or CSV spreadsheet data. Validate and preview the file, then confirm to replace local ledgers rather than merge. Backups are not encrypted; store them securely.
• Local reminders: choose daily bookkeeping and month-end reminder times. Notification permission is requested only when you enable a reminder.
• Widgets and Apple Watch: Monthly Overview widgets in small and medium sizes, plus a medium Quick Entry widget, link to the current account or a new entry. The Bookkeeping Calendar comes in medium and large sizes with week, month and year views. Add transactions, view entries and statistics, and switch accounts on Apple Watch, synced with iPhone.
• Appearance and devices: iPad sidebar layout, modern and skeuomorphic styles, light/dark mode, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion and VoiceOver.
• Six interface languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and German.
