MOHAP

The Ministry of Health aims to provide services in a simple and accurate method in order to benefit the audience through the latest technology. Its basic mission is represented in providing simplified information which benefits the health field through the modern machines such as smart phone.
The MOH mobile application is part of the smart government initative, it provides the following services:

· Electronic services that enable user to carry out their transactions with the ministry in quick and easy way
· Medical Guide to health facilities (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, doctors) and details of access them.
· Medical and nutrition tips for a healthy lifestyle.
· Modern means of communication with Ministry via mobile, e-mail, and social media to submit suggestions or complaints
· Request for emergency medical services, such as call an ambulance

تهدف وزارة الصحة لتقديم الخدمات بطريقة بسيطة ودقيقة لافادة الجمهور باستخدام أحدث التقنيات. تتمثل مهمتها الأساسية في توفير المعلومات المبسطة التي يستفيد منها المجال الصحي من خلال الأجهزة الحديثة مثل الهواتف الذكية.
تطبيق الهاتف المتحرك لوزارة الصحة هو جزء من مبادرة الحكومة الذكية، ويوفر الخدمات التالية:

· الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تمكن الجمهور من إنجاز معاملاتهم لدى الوزارة بطريقة سهلة وسريعة
· دليل مرافق الخدمات الصحية (المستشفيات ، العيادات، الصيدليات، الأطباء) وتفاصيل الوصول إليها أو الاتصال بها.
· نصائح طبية وغذائية لأسلوب حياة صحي.
· وسائل التواصل الحديثة بالوزارة عبر الهواتف والبريد الإلكتروني وشيكات التواصل وإمانية تقديم المقترحات والشكاوى
· طلب خدمات طبية طارئة مثل استدعاء سيارة اسعاف
