About Montessori Math : MONTEMATH
MonteMath puts a Montessori math shelf on your device. Children work through sixteen classic materials in the same order a Montessori classroom introduces them, and a material opens only once the one before it is genuinely understood.
WHAT YOUR CHILD WORKS WITH
- Number Rods, Sandpaper Numbers, Spindle Box and Cards and Counters for the numbers 1 to 10
- Golden Beads for units, tens, hundreds and thousands
- Seguin Teen Board and Seguin Tens Board for 11 through 99
- Hundred Board, Short Bead Stair and Bead Chains for counting and skip counting
- Addition Strip Board, Subtraction Strip Board and Stamp Game for written arithmetic
- Snake Game, Dot Board and Dot Game for exchanging and carrying
BUILT FOR SMALL HANDS
- Large touch targets sized for a two year old
- Spoken guidance in every activity, so a child who cannot yet read can still work alone
- Drag and drop with generous snapping, no precision required
- Four difficulty tiers in each material, opening one at a time
- Gentle correction that invites another try instead of marking a cross
- Real apparatus that can be counted, not decorative pictures of it
FOR PARENTS
- A skill map showing what is mastered, what is in progress and where your child has slipped
- Practical suggestions for the same idea away from the screen
- Session length and a daily maximum that you set, with a calm break screen when time is up
- An option to allow a little longer when a child is deep in concentration
- A parent gate in front of every setting, so a child cannot change them
- Up to four children on one device, each with a separate shelf and pace
PRIVACY AND QUALITY
- No advertisements, now or ever
- No account and no sign in
- No analytics, no tracking and no third party services of any kind
- Your child's name and progress never leave the device
- Nothing is uploaded, because the app has no network code at all
- Every illustration drawn by hand for this app, with no stock art
WHY THE ORDER MATTERS
Montessori materials are a sequence, not a menu. Quantity comes before symbol, concrete comes before abstract, and each material prepares the hand and the mind for the next one. MonteMath keeps that sequence intact rather than letting a child skip to the parts that look most colourful.
Nothing here is loud, nothing is rushed, and nothing competes for your child's attention.
