MyNetDiary PlateAI - AI Coach

On a GLP-1? Protect lean muscle and hit your protein goals with accurate nutrition tracking, dose logging, and Meal Scan that logs your plate in seconds.

MyNetDiary PlateAI app is a diet tracker with a built-in AI Coach and GLP-1 Companion. It learns what you eat, gives you daily guidance, and logs meals for you — photograph your plate, scan a barcode, or just say what you had.

Built by the team behind MyNetDiary - 20 years of nutrition expertise, 31 million users, and a staff-verified database of over 2 million foods. We didn't start from scratch. We took everything that works and rebuilt the experience around AI.

GLP-1 COMPANION

It's a dedicated tracking system built for people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and other semaglutide or tirzepatide medications.

• Medication tracker with reminders so you never miss a dose.
• Protein-first dashboard that keeps muscle protection front and center.
• Fiber and hydration tracking — GLP-1 side effects hit harder when you skip them.
• Symptom logging to spot patterns and share with your doctor.
• GLP-1 recipes and meal plans built around high protein and easy digestion.
• Trend charts for weight, protein, hydration, and symptoms in one place.
• GLP-1 specific AI coaching that adjusts advice for medication users.

HOW LOGGING WORKS

Take a photo of your plate. Meal Scan identifies what's there and logs the calories, protein, and macros. No searching, no scrolling through results.

Don't want to type at all? Tell PlateAI what you had. "Two eggs, toast with butter, black coffee." Done.

Eating out? Scan the restaurant menu. PlateAI reads it and tells you which dishes fit your targets.

Or just use the barcode scanner - over 2 million verified foods, no guessing.

HOW AI COACH WORKS

AI Coach isn't a chatbot that gives generic advice. It reads your food diary every day and responds to what you actually ate. Skipped protein at lunch? It notices. Went over on calories but hit your fiber goal? It tells you that too.

Other apps bolt AI onto a food diary. PlateAI was built around it - 20 years of nutrition expertise baked into every response. It's the difference between tracking what you ate and actually changing how you eat. And it's the reason most people pick PlateAI over a regular calorie tracker.
